Since its founding in 1999, YPI Consultants, LLC has been commissioned by several entities including Penn State University, Margolin, Winer & Evans LLP and Long Island Business Institute to create specific programs for students and staff on such topics as Business Attire, Networking and Non-Verbal Communication.

YPI Consultants, LLC’s most requested seminars; Personal Brand vs. Professional Brand, Business Attire – Business Etiquette and Non-Verbal Communication, have been presented throughout the New York Metropolitan area to leading businesses and educational institutions.

Under the leadership of President and Founder Joann Dobrowolski, YPI Consultants, LLC is positioned to work with clients in the business, political and educational arenas as they meet the challenges of building image and shaping public perception.

In 1999 Joann Dobrowolski combined her formal education with her uncanny ability to turn stumbling blocks into stepping stones and established Your Personal Image known today as YPI Consultants, LLC.

Joann lives what she teaches. In her over twenty years of corporate experience Ms. Dobrowolski has worked with such stellar companies as Estee Lauder Cosmetics, Lord & Taylor, Saks Fifth Avenue, Mary Kay and Neiman Marcus - Last Call. She is also a former Weight Watchers leader. Joann has been a guest speaker on Frank Corso’s “Dollars and Sense” and at The Long Island Center for Business and Professional Women. Joann’s involvement in the business community includes her position as a former member of the Board of Directors of The Suffolk County Women’s Business Enterprise Coalition and a current Board Member of Enterprising & Professional Women-Long Island, Suffolk County Office of Minority Affairs and Image Adviser for Long Island Men's Center. Ms. Dobrowolski has also served as Business Etiquette Consultant for Long Island Works Coalition. All of this experience has been incorporated into the planning and growth of YPI Consultants, LLC.
